The Role of People Business Partner

Worley is seeking a People Business Partner to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role involves collaborating with business leaders and managers to deliver effective people and HR solutions that align with business objectives. The position supports organizational development and talent management initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and managers to provide effective people and HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Advise on HR policies, processes, and employment matters in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Analyze people data and trends to support informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR functions to deliver effective people solutions.
  • Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
