Future Solution is seeking a dedicated and skilled Presales Engineer specializing in Low Current & ICT systems. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within the region.

Role Summary

The Presales Engineer will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions. This involves understanding project requirements, designing appropriate Low Current and ICT solutions, and preparing comprehensive technical and financial proposals to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and assess client needs thoroughly.
• Develop and design suitable technical solutions for Low Current and ICT systems.
• Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation and quantity surveying.
• Create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review technical specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and solutions.
• Select appropriate products and perform technical comparisons.
• Provide technical support to the sales team during meetings and presentations.
• Prepare tender and bid documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Presales for Low Current and ICT systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and quantity surveying.
• Proven ability to prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Experience in engaging with suppliers and obtaining price quotations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to perform effectively under deadline pressure.

  • Networking
  • Network Switches
  • Wi-Fi Solutions
  • Data Center Solutions
  • Servers & Storage
  • Fiber Optic Systems
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience working with System Integrator companies.
• Familiarity with products from vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, Schneider Electric, HPE Aruba, Dell Technologies, among others.
• Capability to prepare government and private tender documents.
