Pace | Architecture, Engineering + Planning is seeking a dedicated QA QC Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction sector.

Role Overview

The QA QC Manager is responsible for the comprehensive implementation and management of the project's Quality Management System. This critical role ensures that all construction works strictly adhere to the Contract Documents, approved drawings, project specifications, and all applicable codes and quality standards. The position demands strong technical knowledge to effectively monitor construction quality, assess non-conformances, and oversee all inspection and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Project Quality Management System.
• Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Oversee site inspections, material approvals, and testing activities.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Lead the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
• Review material submissions, test reports, factory certificates, and inspection records.
• Coordinate quality activities with the Employer, Engineer, Contractor, and testing laboratories.
• Monitor quality trends and recommend preventive improvements.
• Prepare quality reports, audits, and project quality statistics.
• Provide technical guidance to QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

Technical Guidance and Quality Assurance

A core aspect of this role involves providing essential technical guidance to ensure that all works are delivered in strict accordance with the required quality standards. The QA QC Manager will be instrumental in maintaining high standards across all project phases, ensuring adherence to established quality protocols and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
