About KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions and the Role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) delivers comprehensive and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. KBR is seeking a Recruiter to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region, for a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring the timely and effective identification and placement of qualified candidates. This role involves close collaboration with department managers to understand staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies that align with KBR's operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate CVs through various channels.
• Identify open positions in coordination with department managers.
• Create and manage job requisitions.
• Screen CVs according to specific job description requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Issue job offers and verify necessary candidate documents.
• Track the complete recruitment process on a project-wise basis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated experience with the Workday HR system.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring initiatives.
• Experience in dealing effectively with overseas recruitment agencies.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The successful candidate will contribute to KBR's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent within its Sustainable Technology Solutions division.
