Centro Corniche is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team in Al Khobar. We focus on delivering high standards of service to our guests.

The Role: Reservations Agent

As a full-time Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest room reservations and ensuring effective communication to facilitate smooth and efficient service delivery. This role requires a guest-focused approach and attention to detail in all reservation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process and confirm guest room reservations received via phone, letter, or fax.
Input all reservation details accurately into the computer system.
Address inquiries, complaints, and requests related to reservations.
Stay informed about hotel promotions and follow established procedures for processing room reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities information.
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, understand rate structures, and apply rate management principles.
Maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as requested by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
Promote and maintain positive public relations and contribute to maximizing business opportunities.
Ensure accurate room status is maintained at all times.
Answer all incoming calls according to Rotana standards, input information received by fax, and consistently check incoming emails.
Organize visa requests for hotel guests in line with hotel policy and identify opportunities for up-selling services.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be guest-focused, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of providing practical solutions to guest needs. A foundational understanding of revenue principles and hotel operations is beneficial.
