About the Opportunity

Guy Carpenter is seeking a Senior Analyst - Accounting Operations to join its Fiduciary team in Al Khobar. This full-time, hybrid role is designed for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in the insurance or re-insurance broking sector, specifically focusing on Re-Insurance Accounting.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Analyst will contribute to the core accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. This position involves active engagement with various stakeholders and plays a part in maintaining robust financial processes within the Fiduciary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure adherence to internal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance or re-insurance broking.
• Demonstrated focus and expertise in Re-Insurance Accounting.
• This role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.
