Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Officer will manage and execute all procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and schedules. This role involves strategic supplier management, contract negotiation, and diligent oversight of the supply chain to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing procurement processes and resolving related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procurement activities in line with project requirements and schedules.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with relevant departments.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions with suppliers.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor cost and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier relationships and improve supply chain performance.
• Resolve procurement and delivery-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a large-scale project environment.
