About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager Engineering to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position holds bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of projects, operating with general autonomy. The role focuses on managing very large projects, typically valued under $500 million in total installed cost, from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control domestic and international projects in adherence to established policies, procedures, systems, and company-approved requirements.
• Manage all phases of project planning and execution for large-scale engineering projects.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and communication point with clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• Potentially manage and ensure contract performance for two or more smaller projects concurrently.
• May serve as the proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals.
• Independently manage a major profit/loss center.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of related experience, with an average experience of 20+ years, is essential.
• Several years of experience at the Project Manager level are mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the respective industry is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing projects with significant financial and technical scope, requiring strong leadership and independent accountability.
