Future Fun Trading (مستقبل المرح) is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our operations team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse activities.

The Role of Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of inventory and the coordination of goods movement within the warehouse. This role involves maintaining precise stock records, ensuring timely deliveries, and upholding operational standards to support the company's supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control stock and inventory levels.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries of products.
• Report any identified shortages, discrepancies, or damages to inventory.
• Organize and optimize warehouse storage space for efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory and operational reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in Warehouse operations, Inventory management, or Logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory systems is considered a valuable asset.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Good communication skills in either Arabic or English.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
