Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support sales and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in service marketing, particularly in the Facility Management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to support sales and client engagement.
• Create marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Manage and update social media platforms and website content.
• Track, analyze, and report the performance of digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, and agencies as needed.
• Support tender submissions with marketing materials and credentials.
• Attend and organize industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing within Facility Management or B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (*, Adobe, Canva).
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
