Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day delivery for finance engagements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Provide oversight for key customer deliverables while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
- Perform quality reviews and audits to ensure service level performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning by mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements in client service delivery.
What We Expect:
- A qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
- 3 years of people management experience in a complex process environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and experience in managing risk and controls.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of US GAAP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Certifications like ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous.
