About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager to join our Business Operations Team in Saudi Arabia. In this strategic role, you will ensure the financial health, regulatory compliance, and operational sustainability of our projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership & Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses. Provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounting processes, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and lead statutory audit processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Taxation: Lead the preparation of VAT returns, Zakat filings, and ensure compliance with local tax obligations.
- Systems & Efficiency: Recommend improvements to financial processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and support junior team members.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, especially within the KSA regulatory context.
- Experience with Zakat, VAT, and other tax filings.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.

- Confident communicator.
