Join PwC as a Finance Manager
At PwC, we are committed to delivering world-class capabilities and quality in assurance, tax, and advisory services. We are looking for a proficient Finance Manager to oversee our engagement teams within the Finance Service Tower in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day delivery for finance engagements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Provide oversight for key customer deliverables while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
  • Perform quality reviews and audits to ensure service level performance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning by mentoring team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements in client service delivery.

What We Expect:
  • A qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
  • 3 years of people management experience in a complex process environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and experience in managing risk and controls.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of US GAAP.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Certifications like ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous.
