With a vast team of around 12000 professionals across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, we leverage our extensive experience to provide exceptional financial services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Finance engagement operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to maintain compliance standards.
- Accountability for service level performance and team’s continuous improvement.
- Foster and motivate engagement team to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Build strong relationships within PwC teams and with clients.
Expected Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and risk management.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting/reporting systems.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Preferred: Master's Degree and relevant certifications (ACA, ACCA, etc.).
