Join Our Team as a Finance Manager!
Wood is actively seeking a qualified Finance Manager to support our Saudi Finance team within the Projects business unit. This role is pivotal in overseeing all financial aspects while ensuring accurate monthly reporting and enhancing financial performance. Based in our Al Khobar office, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional consulting and engineering solutions in the energy and materials markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial matters including timely completion of monthly reporting.
• Report financial performance to senior management with detailed variance analysis.
• Manage annual budget and forecasts while ensuring accuracy in financial predictions.
• Handle customer billing in accordance with commercial contract terms.
• Drive improvements in working capital and optimize cash collections.
• Lead and develop business finance team performance.
• Engage with internal and external auditors for successful financial audits.
• Facilitate communication between business and support functions, including Legal and Tax.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant or currently pursuing a qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong commercial acumen, with understanding of cost models.
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
• Excellent IT and systems knowledge.
• Experience in business partnering is essential.
