Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s operational concepts and standards.
- Strive to enhance guest satisfaction consistently.
- Manage budgets and ensure profitability of the outlet.
- A relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a reputable hotel or large restaurant.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards.
