Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure quality, service, and consistency.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Manage financial performance, focusing on improving profitability.
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:Preferred candidates will have experience in convention service or group coordination, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and restaurant management software such as Fidelio, Delphi, or RESERVE.
