Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Specialist to manage and process employee compensation accurately and timely. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for handling payroll functions, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to support employee payroll inquiries and records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly basis in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and timekeeping information.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.
  • Review payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies before submission for payment.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee changes such as promotions, terminations, benefits, and leave.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management, finance, and audit purposes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and payslips in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with GOSI, tax regulations, end-of-service calculations, and local labor laws.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documents.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Solid understanding of payroll best practices, labor law, and compensation structures.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software (*, SAP).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of GOSI, Saudi labor law, end-of-service benefits is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Manual payroll processing and calculation knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Payroll (*, CPP, FPC, or local equivalent) is an advantage.
