As a Receptionist at Knowledge Private International School, you will play a vital role in providing professional and efficient clerical and administrative support. This position is essential in ensuring that all visitors and staff members feel welcome and well-directed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, whether in person or on the telephone.
• Maintaining communication via email and phone with assigned staff and other personnel.
• Handling incoming calls and correspondence and responding independently when possible.
• Maintaining a professional reception area.
• Performing duties in accordance with SABIS systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborating with the Director and Office Manager for efficient reception operations.
• Interacting regularly with parents and staff.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned by school management.

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team.

Employment Requirements:

• Must meet all employment requirements, including country and local education and certification requirements.
• Success of reference and criminal background checks will be required.
