المسمى الوظيفي: محضر قهوة (باريستا)

نبحث عن محضر قهوة (باريستا) متمرس ومبدع للانضمام إلى فريقنا في بيئة عمل ديناميكية وسريعة الوتيرة. سيكون المرشح المثالي شغوفًا بعالم القهوة، ويملك خبرة عملية في تحضير وتقديم مختلف أنواع المشروبات الساخنة والباردة، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة وخدمة العملاء.


المسؤوليات:

  • تحضير وتقديم مشروبات القهوة المتنوعة مثل الإسبريسو، الكابتشينو، اللاتيه، وغيرها، بجودة متقنة.
  • تنفيذ تقنيات تزيين القهوة (Latte Art) حسب المعايير المعتمدة.
  • التعامل مع طلبات العملاء بكفاءة وسرعة، وتقديم تجربة ضيافة احترافية بابتسامة ولباقة.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة العمل والمعدات، والالتزام بإجراءات النظافة والسلامة الغذائية.
  • تشغيل وصيانة ماكينات تحضير القهوة والآلات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • متابعة مستويات المخزون، وتقديم طلبات الشراء للمستلزمات عند الحاجة.
  • المساهمة في تدريب الموظفين الجدد ومشاركة المعرفة والخبرة مع الفريق.


المتطلبات:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال تحضير القهوة أو العمل في مقهى محترف.
  • إلمام تام بأنواع القهوة المختلفة، وتقنيات التحضير والتقديم.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة، وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت ضغط العمل.
  • الانضباط العالي والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.


بيئة العمل:

  • العمل بنظام الشفتات (صباحي/مسائي).
  • موقع العمل: الخبر.
  • نوفر بيئة عمل محفزة وفرص للتطوير المهني.

At Crystal Enterprises Contracting Co., we pride ourselves on being a leading name in the construction and engineering sectors. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Position: Barista
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
    • Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
    • Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
    • Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the beverage preparation area.
    • Engage with customers professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 12 years of experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality setting.
  • Skilled in using espresso machines and coffee equipment.
  • Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and basic latte art is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic English proficiency preferred; Arabic is a plus.

Position: Waiter
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Welcome guests warmly and present menus.
    • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
    • Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
    • Ensure dining tables and service areas are clean and organized.
    • Process billing and handle customer transactions professionally.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 12 years of experience in a customer-facing F&B role.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.

General Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Roles require standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
