Job Title: Coffee Maker (Barista)

Location: Khobar.


We are looking for an experienced and creative Coffee Maker (Barista) to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the world of coffee and have practical experience in preparing and serving various types of hot and cold beverages, with a commitment to the highest quality standards and customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve various coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and others, with meticulous quality.
  • Execute coffee decoration techniques (Latte Art) according to the established standards.
  • Handle customer requests efficiently and quickly, providing a professional hospitality experience with a smile and courtesy.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area and equipment, adhering to hygiene and food safety procedures.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and other related equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and submit purchase requests for supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to training new staff and share knowledge and experience with the team.


Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in coffee preparation or working in a professional café.
  • Thorough knowledge of different coffee types and preparation and serving techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team and under pressure.
  • High discipline and attention to detail.


Work Environment:

  • Shift work (morning/evening).
  • Work location: Khobar.
