The Opportunity: Fire Prevention Manager (Bakery Plant)

Almarai is seeking a Fire Prevention Manager for its bakery plant in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is critical for ensuring fire safety compliance within the Operations Division. The position involves providing essential fire safety support to management, focusing on site auditing, policy adherence, and the application of relevant fire codes and standards, particularly NFPA codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fire risk assessments for all areas of the plant site and maintain updated records.
• Ensure all fire equipment is checked and tested according to schedules, maintaining accurate records of these tests.
• Work to enhance fire safety standards for employees within the manufacturing plant.
• Perform fire audits independently and in coordination with the divisional HSS manager.
• Develop and deliver fire training programs for all staff members.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in fire prevention and safety, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
