About the System Operation Specialist Role at Almarai

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a System Operation Specialist to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our advanced warehousing operations. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and effective operation of all automated and non-automated materials handling equipment and systems, directly supporting Almarai's business requirements.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the continuous and efficient functionality of critical material handling infrastructure within Almarai's facilities. This involves a hands-on approach to both preventative maintenance and rapid fault resolution, aiming to minimize operational disruptions and uphold high standards of system performance and reliability. The specialist contributes directly to the seamless flow of goods and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repair and maintenance of automated material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults within the systems.
• Provide assistance to installation teams during the preparation and setup of automatic materials handling equipment.
• Support operational teams by recovering systems and resolving both short-term and long-term faults or stoppages.
• Document and report on breakdown resolutions, including necessary follow-up actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in system operation or maintenance roles.
