Application Electrical Engineer

About the Role

EvolveTalent is seeking an Application Electrical Engineer to join their client's team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing end-to-end techno-commercial support for cable channels, cable containment, and cable ladder solutions. The client is recognized as a global leader in electrical power management and critical infrastructure solutions.

Role Overview

The Application Electrical Engineer will manage technical tasks from the initial inquiry and proposal generation through to detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, manufacturing coordination, and final project documentation. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tendering and Bill of Materials (BOM) activities for cable channel, cable containment, and cable ladder systems.
• Deliver accurate techno-commercial proposals, engineering drawings, and technical submittals tailored to customer specifications.
• Handle technical tasks for incoming purchase orders, including drawing preparation, converting designs into BOMs, and releasing them for production.
• Review and evaluate customer RFQs, engineering drawings, and specifications to define project scope, ensure proper product positioning, and optimize costing.
• Collaborate with local assembly, manufacturing, operations, and quality departments to ensure smooth order execution, resolve technical queries, and drive process/product quality improvements.
• Coordinate with internal factories for special requirements or local assembly adaptations to meet unique customer needs.
• Communicate with the sales team to address inquiries promptly and ensure proposed offerings align with end-user requirements and international standards.
• Prepare final project documentation in compliance with customer order documentation lists.
• Participate in cost-out projects and local material sourcing/localization initiatives.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant electrical engineering application role.
