• Formulate and execute the overall operational strategy for the dark store middle office, ensuring continuous improvement in warehousing, distribution efficiency, and user experience.
• Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics collaboration, and system optimization for the dark store, promoting standardization and digitalization of operational processes.
• Lead the team in daily operational support, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance response speed and problem-solving capabilities.
• Monitor key operational metrics, produce regular analysis reports, and provide data support and optimization recommendations for business decisions.
• Explore localized operation innovation models, integrating market characteristics to drive efficient expansion of the dark store network.
