About the Role

Freight Care Logistics is seeking an experienced Business Development – Freight Forwarding professional to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on driving new business, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
Generate leads and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular customer visits and understand their logistics requirements.
Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to provide competitive and efficient solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports to management.
Follow up on RFQs, tenders, quotations, and customer inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in business development within the freight forwarding industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
