About the Role

Silqfi is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the company's growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants, suppliers, and enterprise clients. The specialist will focus on building strong relationships and understanding client needs to present suitable financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients across priority sectors.
• Conduct outreach, meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with merchants, suppliers, and partners.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable financing solutions such as BNPL, SCF, and RBF.
• Collect required documents and coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to support assessments and approvals.
• Support contract completion, onboarding, invoice submission, and the client go-live process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, weekly activity updates, and pipeline reports.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, CFOs, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Partnerships on campaigns, referrals, and client activations.

Performance Objectives

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage new clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
