The Role: Senior Sales Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Senior Sales Supervisor to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position is instrumental in achieving the company’s growth objectives by optimizing the sales and distribution of all Almarai product ranges within a designated area. The role requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics throughout all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve product distribution across all trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales and increase market share.
• Maintain wastage levels under the budgeted threshold to optimize profit margins.
• Ensure all trade and credit customers comply with company policy to prevent any financial loss to the company.
• Set and review sales targets for salesmen to achieve the overall target objective of the assigned area.
• Retain and negotiate for existing and new shelf space to maintain market dominance.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Senior Sales Supervisor position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector or a similar distribution-focused environment.
