About the Deburring & Marking Technician Role

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Deburring & Marking Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the quality and precision of machined and fabricated components through meticulous deburring, surface finishing, and part marking processes.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to uphold stringent quality standards for all components. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections, thereby enhancing component integrity. Additionally, the role involves accurately marking parts in strict adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, edge breaking, and surface finishing on machined and fabricated components utilizing a range of hand and power tools.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and surface defects while meticulously preserving dimensional accuracy.
• Mark components precisely using approved methods such as stamping, engraving, vibro-etching, or laser marking, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specific marking requirements.
• Inspect finished components thoroughly to ensure full compliance with established quality standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of practical experience in deburring, surface finishing, or part marking within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with machined and fabricated components.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in the safe and effective use of various hand and power tools for deburring and surface finishing tasks.
• Competence in applying different marking methods, including stamping, engraving, vibro-etching, and laser marking.
• Strong ability to read and accurately interpret complex engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
• A detail-oriented approach to inspecting components for quality and adherence to specified requirements.
