About PepsiCo and the Role

We are currently seeking a Delivery Officer to join our full-time team in Dammam, Eastern Region.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Delivery Officer is to manage the drivers team effectively, ensuring the timely delivery of stocks to customers and maintaining accurate accountability for all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of stocks to customers.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Adhere strictly to acknowledgement procedures, securing customer stamps and signatures on invoices.
• Submit all invoices back to the warehouse on the same day or the following day.
• Prepare comprehensive delivery reports.
• Ensure delivery vans are maintained in proper working condition.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in coordinating a drivers team.
• Ability to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Demonstrated good time management and customer service skills.
