About the Role

Perfect Vision is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is crucial for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales targets set by management.
• Promote company products and solutions to existing customers while actively attracting new clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services to effectively explain them to customers.
• Analyze customer needs and requirements to present suitable solutions and proposals.
• Implement sales policies and adhere to performance indicators (KPIs) for weekly, monthly, and annual evaluations.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Deliver impactful presentations that clearly articulate the value of products and services to clients.
• Manage customer accounts, providing necessary support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers through regular visits and professional engagement.
• Monitor and ensure the timely collection of invoices and receivables from customers.
• Register all sales opportunities and potential customers within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and regular updates.
• Prepare detailed reports on visits, communications, and overall sales activities.
• Provide market intelligence reports, including insights on competition, pricing, and offers.
• Develop sales plans and identify potential business opportunities.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in key account management or a similar sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proven track record in promoting products/solutions and acquiring new clients.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for managing sales opportunities and customer data.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for reporting and follow-up.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams within the specified region.
