About the Role

Servier is seeking a Medical Representative for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region, KSA. This role focuses on promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships within the medical community.

Role Purpose and Context

The Medical Representative is responsible for ensuring product awareness among healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. The position requires a solid understanding of relevant therapy areas, market dynamics, and customer needs to effectively drive business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper usage of Servier products.
Identify and target new sales opportunities to contribute to business growth.
Ensure the availability and visibility of products in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Organize and attend medical conferences, product presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
