About the Medical Science Liaison Role

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time, field-based position designed for a scientific expert who will serve as a key point of contact between the company and healthcare professionals. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview and Contribution

The Medical Science Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This role involves taking accountability for the execution of marketing plans and activities, ensuring close alignment with the sales team. The MSL will report to Sales Supervisors within their assigned territory and play a direct part in the overall territory growth and achievement of objectives for cardiometabolic products.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and provide comprehensive reporting, contributing to sales target achievement.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals to facilitate scientific exchange and gather insights on product usage and clinical practices.
• Act as a primary scientific resource for both internal teams and external stakeholders, offering detailed information about products, clinical data, and therapeutic areas.
• Deliver presentations and actively participate in discussions at medical conferences, advisory boards, and other professional gatherings to share knowledge and gather feedback.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment on product messaging and overall strategy.
• Stay continuously informed about the latest guidelines, clinical trials, and developments within the therapeutic area to provide accurate and relevant information.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in medical science liaison activities or similar scientific engagement roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Work Setting and Reporting Structure

This is a full-time, field-based role located in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The Medical Science Liaison will report directly to the Sales Supervisors in their assigned territory, working collaboratively to achieve regional objectives.
