Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F L ) (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1) to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals and focuses on providing foundational (L1) support for network infrastructure, specifically within the SEC Data Center and Cloud Networks. The role involves monitoring, initial fault management, incident registration, and escalation, operating on an 8x5 schedule with on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee network performance and health using Cisco ACI and F5 technologies, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Provide first-level support for network incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the deployment and management of network configurations and policies.
• Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to enhance system functionality.
• Document network operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance and reference.
• Monitor infrastructure alarms for ACI and F5 systems, performing initial fault management including basic isolation, restoration, and notifications.
• Log issues identified through monitoring or reported by other teams and engage in remediation activities according to established SOPs.
• Create, assign, and assist in the resolution of daily Level 1 incidents, and document known fault types in the knowledge base.
• Adhere to operational processes such as fault/incident management, performance monitoring, and change control.
• Collaborate with the monitoring tools team to optimize infrastructure alarms and escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in network monitoring or support roles, preferably with Cisco ACI and F5 technologies.
• Basic understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, and application delivery functionality.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and services.

Required Skills

• Ability to work an 8x5 schedule and provide on-call support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures (SOPs).
• Good communication skills for escalating issues and collaborating with teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Good documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with load balancers, firewalls, and application performance management tools.
• CCNA or similar networking certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in network monitoring.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic network support environment, requiring adherence to operational processes and collaboration with various engineering and monitoring teams. The position is based in Dammam and includes on-call responsibilities to ensure continuous network support.
