Officer Loss Prevention

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Officer Loss Prevention to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is essential for maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for guests and employees, requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Officer Loss Prevention contributes to the safety and security of the property. This position involves vigilance and attention to detail to ensure guests can move freely and without concern, fostering a sense of security comparable to their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor security sources and conduct daily inspections for physical hazards.
• Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations.
• De-escalate disruptive guests and escort individuals from the property if necessary.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties.
• Complete required shift reports and maintain the confidentiality of all loss prevention documents.

Physical Demands

This position requires adherence to quality assurance standards and expectations. It may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kg) without assistance, and to assist with moving objects weighing over 75 pounds (35 kg), is required. The role also involves entering and locating work-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems, and performing other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
