The Operations Executive Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking an Operations Executive to contribute to its Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations. This full-time role involves managing third-party store operations and ensuring the consistent implementation of operational policies. The Operations Executive will play a key part in achieving operational excellence and supporting team performance within the warehouse branch.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end Under the Roof (UTR) operations for either a single large site or a combination of smaller sites, including supervision of store operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while upholding operational and quality targets, and maintaining team safety and morale.
• Drive performance management initiatives for team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans specifically for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance enhancements.
• Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
• Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Operational Oversight and Team Development

The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring that Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are implemented and administered fairly and consistently within the operational environment. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting on, and providing feedback regarding associates’ performance across productivity, quality, and safety metrics, with the goal of achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in an operational or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and contribute effectively to team objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills for motivating, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Work Environment

This full-time position is available in either Dammam or Al Jubail. The Operations Executive will work within a dynamic environment focused on ultra-fast grocery delivery and continuous operational improvement.
