شركة الثلاجة العالمية is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Overseas Recruitment. This full-time position is based in Dammam and is crucial for expanding our workforce through international talent acquisition.

The Overseas Recruitment Role

The Overseas Recruitment specialist supports the Recruitment Manager in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates from international markets. This role involves coordinating with external recruitment agencies, managing candidate selection processes, and ensuring that all overseas recruitment activities are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing overseas recruitment plans based on workforce requirements.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through international recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with job offers and employment negotiations.
• Follow up on pre-employment requirements, medical examinations, and document verification.
• Coordinate visa, immigration, and overseas hiring procedures with the relevant departments.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Prepare recruitment status reports and track vacancies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor and immigration regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, reduce hiring time, and control recruitment costs.
• Resolve recruitment-related issues and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in overseas recruitment or a closely related field. A strong understanding of international recruitment processes, labor laws, and immigration regulations is essential. The ability to manage candidate databases, prepare comprehensive reports, and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders is also required.

Work Details and Compensation

This is a full-time position located in Dammam. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
