Role Overview: Procurement Specialist Tamheer

TechnipFMC is seeking a Procurement Specialist Tamheer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on executing procurement strategies for assigned goods and services to ensure timely delivery of quality, cost-effective products.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill inquiry and purchasing activities within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure all necessary information for issuing inquiries is available and complete.
• Verify that purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and report any discrepancies to the Project Procurement Manager.
• Expedite bids to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct all negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Prepare purchase order documents accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring quality.
• Contribute to the recovery of amounts from important clients related to back-charges already notified to vendors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Fluent English language skills are required.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
