Product Specialist Dermatological Beauty Division (Eastern Province)

About the Role

L'Oréal is seeking a Product Specialist for the Dermatological Beauty Division in the Eastern Province, specifically covering Al Khobar and Dammam. This full-time role involves building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, leveraging scientific expertise to enhance brand image, and driving product recommendations within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Brand Advocacy and Recommendation: Visit targeted doctors to present the scientific value of products and increase prescriptions. Represent the brand at medical congresses and events.
• Execute Medical Strategy: Implement the medical visit plan, utilizing digital and physical promotional tools to deliver personalized messages to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze and Strategize for Growth: Analyze sector trends, competitor activity, and prescription data to identify new business opportunities and propose strategic action plans for improved results and return on investment.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through CRM systems (Veeva). Ensure optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.

Reporting Structure

The Product Specialist will report directly to the Regional Medical Visits Manager.
