The Role: QA/QC Assistant

3C Metal is seeking a full-time QA/QC Assistant M/F to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role involves supporting the QA/QC team in daily quality control activities and inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the QA/QC team in daily quality control activities and inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
• Perform and coordinate inspection and testing activities (MPI, PT, NDT, pressure and load testing) with internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party agencies.
• Prepare, maintain, and control QA/QC documentation, reports, inspection dossiers, Fabrication Data Books, and material traceability records.
• Coordinate quality-related activities with production, project teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders, and participate in kick-off meetings when required.
• Support internal and external audits, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) records.
• Manage calibration records and ensure measuring and inspection equipment remain calibrated and compliant.
• Maintain quality standards, controlled documents, and support supplier quality evaluations as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Technical subjects, preferably with a quality background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with quality systems, preferably in the oil and gas field.
• Knowledge of ISO guidelines.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The 3C Metal team in Dammam operates through an agency agreement with the Arabian Establishment for Trade and Shipping (AET).
