About the Receiver Role at eXtra

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a Receiver to join its Stores team in Dammam, located in the Eastern Region. This is a full-time position designed for a customer-focused and motivated individual ready to contribute to efficient store operations. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

The Receiver's Contribution

The Receiver plays a critical role in managing the inbound and outbound flow of merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining organized storage. This position is central to the operational efficiency of the store, directly impacting product availability and customer satisfaction through meticulous handling of goods and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Receive goods from suppliers, distribution centers, and other stores, meticulously verifying quantities, quality, and all associated documentation.
Process returns to suppliers and distribution centers, ensuring that system updates are accurate and all necessary documentation is completed.
Manage inter-store transfers, which includes preparing items for dispatch, receiving incoming transfers, and reconciling inventory movements.
Handle Dead on Arrival (DOA) and defective products, coordinating effectively with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams for resolution.
Maintain precise inventory records utilizing HHT/RMS systems and actively work to resolve any stock discrepancies that arise.
Scan, file, and maintain all supplier invoices and related documentation in an organized manner.
Organize and maintain the back store area to ensure safe, efficient storage and easy accessibility of products.
Securely handle and document high-value products, strictly adhering to established company procedures.
Prepare and dispatch Ship From Store (SFS) orders as and when required.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, inventory control standards, and all safety procedures within the store environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience, making this an ideal opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with limited prior experience.
Demonstrated ability to verify quantities, quality, and documentation accurately.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and utilizing inventory management systems (*, HHT/RMS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing stock and documentation.

This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, within a dynamic retail stores environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining high operational standards and efficient inventory management.
