The Role: Sales & BDM Industrial AI Tech

ExactSpace is seeking a dedicated Sales & BDM Industrial AI Tech to serve as an Account Executive for the Middle East region. This full-time role, based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, involves driving enterprise sales across utilities, oil & gas operators, industrials, and large energy companies. The successful candidate will lead high-value deals for the Pulse suite of products, which includes asset performance management, predictive analytics, and historian/data platform solutions. This position requires a consultative enterprise seller who is adept at complex technical conversations and managing multi-country engagements through a partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage revenue generation for the Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with utilities, oil & gas operators, EPCs, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Lead the full-cycle enterprise sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Position ExactSpace as the preferred predictive analytics partner for asset-heavy organizations.
  • Conduct executive-level conversations with CXOs, digital heads, and operations directors.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for key countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.
  • Expand the partner ecosystem, engaging with automation providers, consultants, and engineering firms.
  • Influence account strategy for multi-country deployments.
  • Collaborate with Presales teams for tailored demonstrations, walkthroughs, and technical scoping.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop region-specific content and case studies.
  • Report pipeline status, forecasts, and account health to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within industrial technology or AI solutions. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex technical sales cycles and engage effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple countries. Experience working within a partner ecosystem is essential.

Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured by revenue achievement, consistent account expansion, the development of a strong partner ecosystem, and sustained pipeline growth. A key indicator of success will be the establishment of ExactSpace as a preferred predictive analytics provider across the Middle East region.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
