About Al Qaswaa Al Sharqia Trading

Al Qaswaa Al Sharqia Trading is a Dammam-based manufacturer specializing in light metal fabrication. The company produces pipe supports, equipment skids, structural steel assemblies, access platforms, and storage tanks. These products serve the oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to drive new business by securing orders for our fabrication services and products. This is a 100% commission-based contract role, offering significant earning potential without a base salary. The primary objective is to leverage existing professional networks to generate sales within the target industries.

Key Responsibilities and Client Engagement

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. This requires established, real working relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers, project engineers, or subcontracting coordinators, at the following types of organizations:

  • EPC contractors operating in Jubail, Dammam, and Ras Al Khair.
  • Aramco-approved subcontractors.
  • Plant maintenance and turnaround companies.
  • General contractors active throughout the Eastern Province (Dammam, Al Jubail, Al Khobar, Dhahran).

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience within the construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated history of real procurement contacts, extending beyond casual networking connections.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid Saudi driving license (if available).
  • Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Current residency in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Al Jubail, Al Khobar, Dhahran).

A background in metal fabrication or structural steel is considered a strong advantage.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

This position operates on a 100% commission-only basis, with no fixed base salary. The role is offered as a contract position, focusing entirely on sales performance and order generation.
