About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our client base by establishing strong business relationships and providing effective solutions.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of the Sales Executive is to contribute significantly to the company's sales targets and overall business expansion. This involves proactively acquiring new clients, fostering robust relationships, understanding customer needs comprehensively, and delivering tailored solutions that align with strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and actively acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Conduct field visits and client meetings to thoroughly understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Work diligently towards achieving assigned sales targets in accordance with approved plans and strategies.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle through to contract completion.
• Monitor market opportunities and trends, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a field-based environment and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Access to a personal vehicle for business travel.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role requires significant field-based work, including regular client visits and meetings.
