Sales Executive

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on securing new business opportunities to drive revenue for the hotel/cluster, contributing to the delivery of guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Grow customer accounts through relationship building and local travel to expand market share.
• Negotiate rates and prepare contracts for group and corporate bookings in line with pricing strategies.
• Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to develop guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and provide timely updates to Sales leadership.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests to support conversion and satisfaction.
