SENIOR OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Senior Operator for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is exclusively for Saudi Nationals and involves critical control room operations to ensure security and operational integrity across the company's sites.

Control Room Operations

The Senior Operator will be responsible for maintaining constant vigilance and readiness within the control room. A primary focus of this role is the operation and maintenance of the CCTV system, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and accurate visibility of all on-site and off-site cameras.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% vigilance and readiness while on duty in the control room.
• Operate and maintain the CCTV system, covering all cameras for accurate visibility and monitoring.
• Verify the health and operational condition of all installed CCTV cameras.
• Identify and capture unsafe acts or conditions that may pose risks to staff, contractors, visitors, operations, or assets, thereby enhancing discipline and the work environment.
• Report security breaches to ensure the presence and performance of the contracted security company.
• Coordinate with HSSE team members in the field to facilitate immediate action upon observing unsafe acts or conditions.
• Monitor and record new picture-uploading automated procedures.
• Record and log the names and IDs of employees or contractors who fail to comply with approved NAPCO policies and procedures in the AX Application.
• Generate and share a monthly violations report with the team leader.
• Inform the team leader and follow up on any malfunctioning or unclear transmissions from CCTV cameras.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols and CCTV system operations. The ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on control room operations within a dynamic industrial setting. The role involves close coordination with security and HSSE teams to maintain a safe and secure environment.
