Senior Sales Associate

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves driving sales, contributing to store targets, and ensuring a premium customer experience, particularly with optical products. The Senior Sales Associate will also serve as a role model in sales behavior and customer handling, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-value sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and executing promotions.
• Support the store in achieving sales targets and improving conversion rates and average transaction value (ATV).
• Act as a role model for sales behavior and customer handling practices.
• Manage complex customer cases, objections, and complaints effectively.
• Ensure the delivery of a consistent and premium customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with VIP and returning customers.
• Understand prescriptions, lenses, and product matching to guide customers confidently.
• Support opticians in explaining technical solutions in a sales-friendly manner.
• Ensure accurate handling of Point of Sale (POS) transactions and insurance sales.
• Assist the team in resolving insurance-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the checking of orders for basic accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
• Ensure smooth coordination with opticians/technicians before product delivery.
• Reduce customer complaints related to miscommunication or incorrect product selection.

Team Leadership and Support

• Support the onboarding and training of new sales associates.
• Guide the team on effective selling techniques and customer handling.
• Monitor floor performance and provide support for improvement.
• Act as a shift leader when required.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and floor supervision.

Inventory and Merchandising

• Monitor product availability and highlight fast-moving or slow-moving items.
• Ensure proper product display and presentation.
• Support stock control and report any related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working in a retail environment, supporting a team, and interacting directly with customers.
