About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer JIS to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, focusing on industrial applications and hazardous environment solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will serve as a primary technical liaison for customers, providing expert advice and solutions for complex industrial application challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of hazardous solutions and their application in challenging environments, coupled with strong client engagement and internal collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and solutions for their industrial application challenges, specifically concerning hazardous solutions and their application in hazardous environments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and certifications (*, ATEX, IECEx) of Weidmüller's hazardous area and industrial automation portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the factory's production and engineering teams to understand product capabilities, certifications, and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans for management review.
• Utilize CRM software effectively to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant sales engineering or technical support role, preferably within the industrial automation or hazardous solutions sector. A proven track record in technical client support and sales reporting is essential.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region. The role involves direct client interaction, requiring strong communication and presentation skills, as well as close collaboration with internal production and engineering teams.
