About the Role

Innosoft is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves providing planning and management for projects within an assigned squad. The role ensures projects are completed to specification, within established timeframes, and utilizing allocated resources effectively.

Role Overview and Objectives

As a Technical Project Manager, you will apply industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management. You will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of secured projects, aligning them with customer needs and requirements. This includes constructing detailed work plans, achieving milestones, and communicating results to clients and stakeholders.

Key Project Management Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and scope.
• Set and track project milestones; manage unforeseen delays and realign schedules and expectations as needed.
• Ensure all parts of assigned projects are planned, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined operational budget.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with the Project Associate to establish and implement project communication plans, providing periodic status updates to clients.
• Work closely with the Business Analyst to facilitate gathering and validation of project requirements.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks of all technical personnel in the assigned squad, ensuring active progress toward planned tasks.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address questions or challenges.
• Communicate regularly with clients through the Project Associate to arrange meetings, confirm schedules, and discuss project problems.

Strategic Contributions and Development

• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation.
• Analyze risks and provide regular updates to the Director of Operations regarding project status and potential problems, taking proactive steps to minimize delivery delays.
• Collaborate with Auxiliary Function Teams (Design, Quality, DevOps, Support) and the Director of Technology to ensure project and client needs are met.
• Interview, recruit, and train employees for posted positions within the squad.
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
