About the Role

TalentHive is seeking a Tire Specialist to join an established Saudi organization operating across heavy equipment, transportation, logistics, and industrial support services. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on managing tire inventory, monitoring consumption, and overseeing tire management for a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, commercial trucks, and light vehicles.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Tire Specialist will be responsible for ensuring effective tire utilization and control across multiple projects and operational locations. This position plays a key role in supporting equipment availability, managing operational costs, and optimizing tire performance within the organization's extensive fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor tire inventory across central warehouse facilities and project sites.
Inspect incoming tires to verify quantities, specifications, sizes, condition, and manufacturing dates.
Control tire issuance against approved Work Orders (WO) and equipment identification or Door Numbers.
Ensure old tires are returned and documented against every new tire issued, in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate ERP records for tire receiving, issuance, transfers, and returns.
Monitor tire consumption across different equipment types, projects, and operating conditions.
Analyze abnormal tire consumption and support initiatives to reduce unnecessary replacement costs.
Maintain appropriate stock levels and reorder points to prevent operational shortages.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
Coordinate with Maintenance teams to ensure correct tire selection and specifications for different equipment applications.
Monitor damaged, used, and scrap tires and support warranty claims with suppliers and Procurement.
Prepare regular reports covering tire inventory, consumption trends, returns, and replacement requirements.
Ensure compliance with tire storage, handling, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of practical experience managing tires across heavy equipment or commercial fleets.
Technical knowledge of tire management, consumption monitoring, and inventory control.
Ability to identify unusual replacement patterns and support cost-effective fleet operations.
Experience with equipment identification systems, Work Orders, tire return controls, and warranty management is valued.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and utilizing ERP systems for inventory management.
